Nowadays, we hear a word like Google classroom or Google meet more often than the real classroom teaching. Maybe this is a suitable change of events, and one should not forget the importance of the actual classroom and its effectiveness as a place of learning. Classroom teaching is more suitable and comfortable for young children, teenagers, and young students to join the workforce. Regular attendance in classes helps them interact with another person of their age. Students become well-disciplined and follow a regular schedule on time. Students will find a good place to improve their physical fitness and mental alertness. These things will not happen in the online classroom or Google meet.

Classroom Learning:

Classroom learning helps the teachers and students to understand each other in a better way. In the primary school grade, the teacher plays a significant role in student’s classroom learning. This is the stage where they create a bond of friends. Based on the strengths and weakness of the student, the teacher acts as a mentor and guide them in their career possibilities. In classroom learning, students can directly share their views and clarify their doubts and queries on the spot and get better clarity. Interaction with good teachers helps to motivate the student to achieve higher marks.

A platform for Collaborative Learning:

A classroom is a perfect platform for collaborative learning with another student. This environment provides an opportunity for group learning. While focusing on group learning, they come with shortcut methods to understand their primary school syllabus within a short period. This may transform the students into keen learners, and this collaborative learning may help to learn effectively. This may be the reason, why teachers can pull the students into collaborative learning projects.

Develops Career Building Skills:

Classroom coaching plays a vital role in promoting communication and listening skills required for the students careers. This environment helps to develop the student’s team spirit while working in groups. Skills like presentation, problem-solving, leadership and others can be improved only in-classroom coaching.

Contributes to Personality Development:

A complete set of activities, including reading, writing, speaking, understanding, listening, and classroom learning, shapes the students’ personality, which can hardly be seen on online learning platforms. Development of self-worth, self-confidence and self-concept starts from the classroom. It cannot happen just by learning through a screen, as it needs real-time experience. Regular interaction with individuals of the same age helps the students to build their friendship, and they can understand the social interactions.

Motivates Students:

A classroom environment keeps the student stimulated, and they do not feel bored or sleepy. Students can get a chance to interact, making the classroom session lively and exciting. The group activity in free time makes the students engaged and energetic.

Bottom Line:

Finally, classroom learning is the best way to develop interpersonal skills than online learning. Face to Face interaction gives better clarity for the queries and to share the thoughts in live. Classroom learning is the best career builder platform.
