Nurse Training Tips
There are a number of quality training facilities around the country
that cater to the aspiring, or specialized nurse.
Most registered nurses started off as nursing aides, also known as nursing assistants.
They typically perform routine clinical tasks under the supervision of medical and
nursing staff. They bring patients food, make beds, help with personal hygiene,
answer call bells, help patients out of bed, take their temperature and pulse rate,
report on signs of illness, and escort patients to examination or operating rooms.
Registered nurses are well-versed in the following areas : chemistry, customer and
personal service, medicine and dentistry, and social perceptiveness.
